Capture undamaged symmetric or repeated regions and infer missing geometry only with explicit traceability.
Target accuracy: ±0.05 mm. Measurement capability should be materially better than the required tolerance.
Primary deliverable: Feature-based parametric CAD with datum-driven dimensions and design tables.
For low volume, balance reconstruction effort against direct manufacturing from validated CAD.
