SDM will not populate the library with unverified downloads simply to increase resource counts. Publication depends on technical relevance, ownership or permission, clear attribution, and an appropriate access model.

Only resources with confirmed rights or valid open-access status will be published.

Every downloadable engineering tool should state its assumptions, intended use, and limitations.

Third-party standards and copyrighted publications will be linked or licensed—not reproduced without permission.

Technical resources are educational and decision-support materials; they do not replace professional verification.
